Subject:

DTE Electric Company Submittal of Fermi 3 Periodic Reports

This submittal provides periodic Fermi 3. reports as required by NRC regulations and license conditions for a Part 52 combined license holder. This submittal provides the following report updates:

  • Semi-Annual Departures Report
  • Semi-Annual Changes, Tests and Experiments Report
  • Semi-Annual Schedule for Implementation of Operational Programs and other License Conditions Report
  • Annual Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) Update

Semi-Annual Departures Report. During the period from April 11, 2022, to October 10, 2022, there were no plant-specific departures from the ESBWR DCP for Fermi 3.

Semi-Annual Changes, Tests, and Experiments Report. During the period from April 11, 2022, to October 10, 2022, there were no changes, tests or experiments made pursuant to 10 CFR 50.59(c).

Semi-Annual Schedule Update for Implementation of Operational Programs and Other License Conditions. During the period from April 11, 2022, to October 10, 2022, there were no schedule updates. The scheduled implementation dates for the operational programs remain as

'To Be Determined" (TBD).

Annual FSAR Update. No FSAR information has been revised, deleted, or added since the last submittal. Therefore, the previously submitted FSAR continues to be current.
