North Anna NPP with units 1 and 2 have already had it's design basis exceeded by the 5.8 earthquake in 2011 and the facility is sitting on top of a documented known fault line, that was lied about when the nuclear power plant was being constructed.

We have been warned that Virginia could have an even stronger earthquake. Perhaps that is why under Dominion's previous filing for North Anna 3, it was going to be built with new/higher seismic qualifications.

The NRC is aware that the current facility is deficient and they are putting our health and safety at risk.

There are many issues that need to be addressed:

The earthen dam https://www.fdms.gov/fdms/getcontent?objectId=09000064849722d9&format=xml&showorig=false 11/27/2020

Page 2 of 2 Underground piping and wiring Reactor vessel specimens used up A compiled list of exemptions and hardship requests for the last decade should be made public.

Dominion has been asking and receiving extended times inbetween important inspections.

As these facilities age they should be inspected MORE frequently, not less.

Spent fuel pool is already full and is a HUGE safety risk. Specially in a known seismic zone. Spent full should be emptied and put into dry storage.

Continued operation means even more deadly forever waste.

Other energy options should be considered that will be cheaper and SAFER!

Thank you, Erica Gray https://www.fdms.gov/fdms/getcontent?objectId=09000064849722d9&format=xml&showorig=false 11/27/2020
