73 Harborton Ln Fredericksburg, VA, 22406-8431 Email: vmccorm205@verizon.net General Comment I live within 28 miles of the North Anna Nuclear Power Plant and am very concerned that this facility has been operating for 40 years--the time the reactors were designed to operate for.

I think it is imperative that the NRC do a full and current Environmental Impact Statement before relicensing this facility.

Is the storage of nuclear waste safe? Will it withstand another earthquake? Are safety standards consistently followed?
