ALLEGATIONS OF MRS. JERRY WOODWARD l On February 14,1984, at 3:45 P.M. I received a telephone call fron

! Mrs. Woodward. Again talking of her husband being fired for refusing to weld some laminated pipe. She requested I come to her home on Friday morning and get a copy of a statement her husband made to the National Labor Relation Board.

On Friday, February 17, 1984, I went to her home at which time she did not provide any statement. She would not provide (or could not) any details as to the piping involved except to say it was non-Q.

She told me her husband had been to the NLRB and they had said there was nothing they could do for him since he was the only person making this complaint. She told me she had contacted another organization that was going to help her but she refused to name them.

, She stated since this unnamed group was going to help she preferred I not say anything to anyone about this. Her basic interest appears to be the

fact the foreman and the superintendents are still working at ilC. She would like her husband rehired.

The only information she did provide was the foreman's name " Jack Miller",

pipefitter foreman.
