- As-Built BRH 3.0 INSTRUCTICN 3.1 CDNIBOL CF INCCMIM EESIGi ICCUMENTS Incomino desian documents shall be Icnced and transmittal letters compared to the actual documents received. All discrepancies shall be brought to the attenticn of the TSMD supervisor for resolution.
TSMD shall establish and maintain logs / files adequate to provide control arri accountability of the internal activitits within the drafting organization.
3.2 GENERAL PREPARATICN AND ISSUE CF BRP'S l
3.2.1 General Preparation aM Issue For BRP's for which no vendor drawir has been received, an isometric sketch shall be prepared frcm the piping cenposite. All information to be shown on the BRP shall be reviewed using appropriate drawings, specifications and/or lists. %is in'ormaticn shall include pipe location and configuration, dimt ions, valve and equipnent data, vendce spool ard weld informati
, etc. including notes required by construction or engineerirg.
%e drafter shall initial and forward the ccepleted BRP to a checker for review. Upon conpletion of the review, the drawing shall be submitted to DCC for distribution.
Discrepancies noted in the review process shall be resolved by the checker, draf tsran, or group leader as appropriate.
3.3 REVISICNS 'IO BRP'S BRP revisions shall normally be init *ated by design changes issued in accordance with established procedu
/ instructions. Drawing We drawing shall be obtained from DCC for revision purp3ses. All outstandirn design chances against the BRP shall be identified using the appropriate file / log. We BRP is revised by incorporating all outstandirn applicable changes. All accuments that haw been incorporated shall be referenced in the " Revision Description Block" or otherwise roted cn the drawing.

4-5-82 3 of 7 Documents unclear in content or found to contain discrepancies shall be forwarded to the ewwiate engineering group as necessary for clarificaticn or resolution.
All changes to the drawing are to be " clouded" and irdicated by the new revision ntuber in an adjacent small triangle. All " clouded" areas and triangles for the prict revision, if any, will be remwed.
he new revisicn number shall be indicated in the title blode ard the drawing initialled appropriately. We drawing packaoe will be forwarded to a checker for review. We checker shall review all incorporated information and refer corrections to the drafter. The checker shall initial the drawirs in the appropriate area, ard subnit the drawing to the draf ting supervisor. Upon final approval, TSMD shall sutruit the drawirg to DCC.
3.4 AS-BUILT BRP'S A BRP will be revised to as-buixt conditions as necessary to supprt project priorities. As-built revisions shall te acccuplished in the l
same manner described in Section 3.3 with the following exceptions.

%e checker shall review the drawing for possible EV's by reviewing the design change cbcuments regarding MW welds prior to draf ting.
It shall be the 2sponsibility of the 'Ibchnical Services Supervisor to forward these design change documents to the TSMD Supervisor. %V welds shall te denoted with the letters mV adjacent to the elliptical circle mcocpassing the weld nu:ter. The words "As-Built" shall be clearly dicated in the current revisicn block.
A BRP which has bien "As-Built" by TSMD may be revised to incorporate coments resulting frcrn the review ard field verification process of the as-built verification program in accordance with Reference 1-B.
TSAB is responsible for forwarding this informaticn to TSMD. After the drawing has been updated, the drafting supervisor ard the TSAS Coordinator shall jointly review the drawirn to assure that all

information has been incorporated, ard initial the approval block.

3.5.2 Preparation of BRH Without ENHS Blue-Line exempt drawings will be processed similarly to drawings controlled per 3.5.1.
'Ihe exceptions are:
a) a blue-line will not be required before processing ard; b) engineering approval will not be required (these drawims are original design).
3.6.1 Revision by Verdor Drawings chanced by revised vendor documents shall be controlled in accordance with Section 3.1 and 3.5.1.
Such revisions shall be initiated by the " Field Madified Hanger Sketches" or as needed by request of authorized engineering or craft personnel.
