To establish the neans by which the general intent specified in Reference 1-A thru l-E are acccuplished. Measures shall be inplemented to define the as-built configurations of @plicable systems and to evaluate damage study consequences of high energy lines, if postulated treak locations are altered ie to as-built support locations.
2.2 SCOPE
'Ihis instruction shall @ ply to the following piping:

The CPP Mechanical Engineer is.re.sponsible for providing technical direction and administrative. guidance to the CPP Mechanical Engineering organization of which the Technical Services Group is a part.
The Technical Services Group Supervisor is responsible fcr ensuring activities within the purpose and scope of this instruction are ccmpleted in accordance with the neasures described herein.
'Ihe TSABC is responsible for inplementing this instruction. The TSABC shall coordinate the assembly and transmittal of as-built verificaticn packages, interface activities, and establish and maintain adequate tracking mechanisms a logs to assure positive control of all activities described within this instruction.
1 When pecific individuals are chsignated by title in this instruction, it shall be assumed a designee may act in that capacity.
Documentation of such designation shall be maintained within the Technical Services Group.
3.0 DISTRUCTIO1 3.1 INITIATIQi 3.1.1 General The TSABC shall assemble a package for as-built verification. The verificaticn process may be initiated pria to the installation of all ocmponents and supports cn a given stress problem. Such exceptions shall be trac'ced and as-built verified pricr to final certification of the stress problem.

a.
BRP's b.
BRHL's c.
GE and associated support &awings d.
BRH's e.
As-Built Checklist (Figure 1) f.
PDRF's 9
Additional information as required including the identification of stiffness values for supports en Class 1 Stress problems and mininum wall (Ref.1-G, tr_A-5551) violation data.
3.1.3 As-Bailt Packaoe Preparation he TSABC shall coordinate the updating of required &awings with the apprcpriate engineering drafting group.
3.1.4 tpon receipt of updated &awings the TSABC shall review the package fcr clarity and mark the drawings "For As-Built Verification Only".
The &afting group and TSABC shall fill cut the @prcpriate portions of the As-Built Checklist.
3.2 AS-BUILT VERIFICATIOi 3.2.1 OAABC Interface and Activities he TSABC rAall forward the package to the QAABC to shall coordinate the necessary effort fcr verifying (and obtaining if necessary) the required as-built information. 2e QAABC shall cmplete the appropriate porticn of the As-Built Checklist.
3.2.2 As-Built Verification (ABV) Tag During the verification process, ABV tags (Figure 2) shall be attached to the line - at strategic locatic,ns - by verification personnel.

a.
Dimensions (+ 2").
b.
Elevations (+ 1").
c.
Valves. %e valve location and mark (type) numbers of all valves shall te verified.
In addition, the orientation of valves 2 1/2 inches and larger, and power actuated valves shall be verified.
d.
Sleeve clearances including applicable PDRF's (+ 1/8"),
e.
Equipment. Equipment shall be identified bf mark runber, and the orientaticn of equipment supported by the pipirg shall alsa be shown.
3.2.5 Verification of BRHL's and GE's Verificaticn shall include:
a.
Support mark runbers.
b.
Dimensional location of supports (+ 2").
3.2.6 Verification of Supports Verification shall be limited to:
a.

3.4.3 Ibcumentation If analysis review is performed prior to all conponents and supports being installed cr if ariy uwnt cr support is nodified during analysis review, the TSABC will determine if_ function ce location is changed. Se TSABC shall coordinat:a verificaticn of supports with originally issued fcr an)alysis review, the infcrmaticn will be the QAABC as required.
