9, .y REACTOR COOLANT SYSTEM 3/4.4.10 STRUCTURALINTEGRITY LIMITING CONDITION FOR OPERATION .

3.4.10 The structuralintegrity of ASME Code Class 1,2, and 3 components shall be' maintained in accordance with Specification 4.4.10.

APPLICABILITY: AllMODES.

ACTION:

a. . With the structuralintegrity of any ASME Code Class 1 components (s) not conforming to the a' bove requirements, restore the structuralintegrity of the affected components (s) to within its limit or isolate the affected component (s) prior to increasing the Reactor Coolant System temperature I
more than 50 F above the minimum temperature required by NDT considerations.

. b. With the structuralintegrity of any ASME Code Class 2 components (s) H not conforming to the above requirements, restore the structural integrity l

of the affected component (s) to within its limit or isolate the affected  ;

component (s) prior to increasing the Reactor Coolant System temperature above 200 F. -I I

c. With the structuralintegrity of any ASME Code Class 3 component (s) . l not conforming to the above requirements, restom the structural integrity of the affected component (s) to within its limit or isolate the affected component (s) from service.

SURVFII T ANCE REOUIREMENTS 4.4.10 In addition to the requirements of Specification 4.0.5, each reactor coolant pump flywheel shall be hap;c:cd per the rccc:n .cnt:icas of Reguktory Posi:ica C.4.b of l Reguk: cry Cult 1.14, Red;ica 1, ?.;g;;; 1975. ^u ltrasonically examined over the volumefrom the inner bore of theflywheel to the circle of one-half the outer radius once every 10 years and shall comply with regulatory positions C.4.b (3), (4), and (5) of Regulatory Guide 1.14, Revision 1, August 1975.
