This submittal identifies the implementation of a new state-of-the-art security computer system. This new system enhances the security systems reliability, data retention and operator interface. The functional redundancy of this new system allows for the removal of all references to pre-existing backup systems that are no longer needed.
With the implementation of the new system, compensatory measures for the failure of the security computers have been revised to correlate with the functional redundancy of the system.
