EJron Nucle 3r Power Stations Units 1 and 2 Evron Station Security Plan NRC Docket Nos. 50-454 & 50-455 TAC Nos. 65282/65283 Enclosed are the original and three (3) copies of Revision 38 of the Byron Nuclear Power Station Security Plan.

This subsequent submittal to Revision _38 clarifles and addresses the issues raised in Mr. Phillip F. McKee's letter dated April 13, 1993 regarding the use of the Alternate Perimeter Alarm Reporting System and the Redundant Access Control System.

Revision 38 of the Byron Nuclear Power Station Security Plan has been implemented under the terms set forth in 10CFR 50.54p.

Pursuant to 10CFR 50.4, the signed original and three copies of the security plan revisions are being provided tu your office. A copy of this letter and two copies of the security plan revisions are being sent to Region III.
