This revision and Addendum address the concerns listed in the letter from Cynthia D. Pederson dated July 15, 1999..
Mr. Pirtle granted Commonwealth Edison a one week extension for our reply.
Pursuant to 10CFR 50.4, the signed original and three copies of the security plan revisions are being provided to your office.
A copy of this letter and two copies of the security plan revisions are being sent to Region III.
He have concluded that these changes c'a not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
These enclosures contain Safeguards Information which must be protected from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR 73.21.
