The Council on the Environment has completed a review on the subject draf t addendum to the FEIS.
The following state agencies participated in that review:
Department of Health Marine Resources Commicsion State Water Control Board Based upon our coordinated review, we have no further comments to offer about the project at this time; previous statements reflect our concerns on the subject.
