5552 el seq., and Freedom of Information Act Regulations, 10 C.F.R.,
Part 9A (1980), we hereby request copies of all documents regarding:
Atomic Energy Commission Docket No. STN-50-437:
Offshore Power Systems' Application for License to Manufacture Floating Nuclear Plants which contain statements by Offshore Power Systems or any other person or entity that any alternative uses of the land on which the facility to manufacture floating nuclear plants is to be built must comport with conditions placed on use of such land by the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida, the City of Jacksonville, the Jacksonville Port Authority, or any other person or entity.
Since this request is made on behalf of the City of Jacksonville, waiver is requested of payment of costs of searching and copying at l
locations other than the NRC Public Document Room as anticipated by S9.14a (2) of the above-cited Regulations.
In the event such a waiver is not available, please be assured that we will pay all reasonable standard charges for actual search time and copying fees.
