I am enclosing for your information a copy of a letter I have recently received from Mr. mill Peters of Russellville, Arkansas regarding a concern he-has..ex-pressed about a possible decision the Nuclear Regulatory Comraission may make to issue a license for the construction of of fshore nuclear power plants.
As you will note f rom Mr. Peters' letter *he. believes such structures would be more dange rous than land based rbacters.
I would appreciate it if you would reyles tnese comments, and advise me of any actions or decisions which may ' be pe rt inent to this problem.
Your reply will hopef ully enable me to become more f amiliar with this subject, and provide my constituent with an informed response.
