to take a passive role in the OPS proceedings.

You can appreciate that Atlantic County's cientral interest was the Atlantic Generating Station case and the siti:ng of the proposed floating nuclear plants near Atlantic County in the Atlantic QCe an .

I did not want my f ailure to respond' to mot. ions and other matters to be construed unfavorably. Atlantic County will only assume an active role as an Intervenor as the CPS case prearesses in cir cumstances that appear to effect Atlantic Councy's interest in a direct manner.
