As part of our continuing effort to keep you informed of new developments at the Clinton Power Station, I wish to inform you that on Thursday, October 4, 1984, Illinois Power announced a new cost estimate of $3.14 billion for the Clinton Power Station. This revised estimate is $290 million greater than the prior cost estimate of $2.85 billion.
