Dear Judge Clark:
During our conference call this =orning, you asked for suggestions concerning places where a special pre-hearing conference could be held. Since the time of that conversation, I have learned of an additional suitable location which is =u.:h closer to the plant site than Champaign, Illinois and which satisfies the " neutral ground" criterion discussed in our conference this =orning. The~ Applicants do not consider any location within Champaign or Urbana to be located on neutral ground. I suggest, therefore, that consideration be given to utilizing the Clinton School Board roo= located in downtewn Clinton, which can easily acconmodate 40-50 people. Arrange-
=ents to utilize this roo= can be made through Mr. Gary Archey, Superintendent of Schools, Clinton County Unit School District No. 15, Unit Office, 115 West Johnson Street, Clinton, Illinois 61727.
