Dear Mr. Davis:

This letter is to advise you that eficctive February 19, 1975. surveillance of the Saxton site on a 24-hour basis, 7 days per week, was implemented. This surveillance is being carried out b/ employees of the Pennsylvania Electric Company in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph B.2.d. of the Saxton Technical Specifications which require that such employees report to the SNEC General Manager or bis designated representative any obse wed indication of change in the facility as shown by fire woke, tor-nado, flood, or attempted break-in. Messrs. Stewart. steele, and Ritchey have been designated as representatives. All are employees of the Pennsylvania Electric Company, and all are headquartered and reside in the Saxton area.
