Docket No. 50-lhe, Amendment Nc. 10 - Supplement No, h Applicant submits the following enclosures pertaining to Phase 1 of the Saxton Nuclear Experinental Corporation's five-year research and development program.
(a) Addendum No. 3 to the Safeguards Report for Phase 1 of the Saxton Nuclear Experimental Corporation Five-Year Research and Develop-ment Program dated March 196h.
(b) Change Request No. lh to the Saxton Technical Specifications which requests that Supplement No.1 to the Saxton Technical Specifications be revised or amended as proposed to provide for changes and additions to the Phase 1 experimental program as described in Addendum No. 3 to the Phase 1 Safeguards Report.
