EVENT DE9CRIPTl0N (Continued)

' flew rates of 85% or less. Operating order no. 25-76 was issued to ensure prompt corrective action in the event MAPLHGR values rose to 95% of the limit during low core flow conditions. This was the first reported occurrence of this nature at Dresden. (50-237/1976-53)

CAUSE DESCRIPTION (Continued) this reevaluation, Commonwealth Edison has determined (with General Electric's concurrence) that no reduction in MAPLHGR limits is appropriate for either Dresden Unit 2 or 3 at low core flow rates (ref. 4). Conequently- the operating order restricting MAPLHGR values to 95% of the limit at core flow rates of 85% or less has been rescinded.
