By letter dated June 26, 2017 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML17180A406), Westinghouse Electric Company (Westinghouse) submitted for U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff review Topical Report (TR)

WCAP-18126-P/WCAP-18126-NP, Revision 0, HiFiTM Cladding for Use in Boiling Water Reactor Fuel. On December 17-18, 2019, a closed audit was conducted by the NRC staff at the Westinghouse office in Rockville, Maryland (ADAMS Accession No. ML20028D034). By letter dated March 12, 2020 (ADAMS Accession No. ML20072H899), Westinghouse requested a withdrawal of the TR WCAP-18126-P/WCAP-18126-NP, Revision 0, from the NRC review at this time. The NRC will be closing TAC No. MF9902 and EPID L-2017-TOP-0035 to ensure that no additional hours are charged to Westinghouse.
