Enclosed is a copy of our facility's Emergency Plan that we have recently revised. Revision 5 of our Emergency c, % gyo
[ Plan includes changes to "Section 6 - Maintaining Emergency Preparedness" only. This revision does not decrease the Pocatello. idaho ef fectiveness of the our Emergency Plan, and therefore does c32CMxo not require USNRC approval before implementing.
Revision 5 of our Emergency Plan was approved by our Reactor Safety Committee on April 26, 1994 and was implemented the same day.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4 we are mailing the required copies to the USNRC within 30 days of making the change to the Emergency Plan.
