This refers to the inspection conducted on June 24 ',nd 25,1998, at your idaho State
University Reactor Laboratory. The inspection included a review of activities authorized for
your facility. The enclosed report presents the results of that inspection.
Various aspects of your safety program were inspected including selective examinations of
procedures and representative records and interviews with personnel. Based on the results
