l STXPE UNIVERSITY This letter is *o inform you of changes in facility administrative personnel and l

i membership of the Reactor Safety Committee which oversees operations of the Idaho State University (ISU) AGN-201M nuclear reactor facility (License No. R-110, 1 Docket 50-284).

Dr. Alan G. Stephens, who retired from ISU effective 30 June 1996, has resigned the position of Reactor Administrator. Dr. John S. Bennion has been appointed to replace Dr. Stephens as Reactor Administrator, in addition, Mr. Raymond R. Noy, who Wd recently received a Senior Reactor Operator license, has been appointed to the position I c $x 8060 f Reactor Supervisor effective today,8 July 1996. Mr. Noy takes over the position j Pocatello, Idaho of Reactor Supervisor from Dr. Bennion, who served as Acting Reactor Supervisor ,

8320 S8060 since December 1995. Also, please note that Dr. Jay F. Kunze, Dean of the ISU )

College of Engineering, has replaced Dr. Jonathan Lawson,ISU Vice President for Academic Affairs,in the position ofIdaho State University Officer (refer to letter from Dr. Lawson to Mr. Marvm M. Mendonca, dated 24 June 1996). Dr. Kunze thus  !

holds both positions of University Officer and Dean, College of Engineering according j to the ISU Administrative Organization stipulated in section 6.1 of the Technical Specifications, Appendix A to Facility Operating License No. R-110.
