Request:
Revise the Requalification Plan to be consistent with the provisions of the 10 CFR 55.53 (f) (2).
Respcase:
I have deleted a sentence in the second paragraph of page 4 under the section of V/. Opera /OrReinstatementthat raised concern about meeting the requirements of 10 CFR 55.53 (f)(2). The paragraph in question now reads as our -
currently approved plan does. This, I believe, is sufficient enough to fulfill the requirements of the mentioned regulation.
