Enclosed is Revision 2 to the Physical Security Plan for the AGN-20lM Reactor facility at Idaho State University, Pocatello,

This revision is being submitted under 10 CFR 50.54.P.(2).
The revision incorporates changes in the physical description of the controlled Access Areas after audits revealed differences between the areas as described in the currently authorized plan and the actual existing facilities.
Also included is a change to permit licensed reactor operators to hold keys to the controlled Access Areas.
In addition, the revision includes current opera-tion personnel and. phone numbers.
