Dear Sir:

The Reactor l'acility of Idaho State University is officially informing the United State Nuclear Regulatory Commission (USNRC) that we have successfully implemented all of the corrective actions to the violations numbered 284/9301-04,05,06, and 08. As mentioned in our letter to you dated April 22,1994, these Cotka of were the outstanding corrective actions that, at the time, had not yet been fully

The approval of new procedures and changes to existing Pocateno, Idaho procedures at the Reactor Safety Committee meeting of April 26,1994 has 832@-W o provided the facility with the necessary administrative ability to prevent future l violations with regards to the last NRC inspection.

Thusly, all corrective actions for the violations of the NRC Inspection Report 50-284/93-01 have been finalized.

On another note, the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Idaho State University and Ilanmick Regional Medical Center is still in a review process between these two entities. This MOU should hopefully be approved within the next several months. Again, this facility will notify Region IV of the USNRC i when the MOU has been approved.
