VCSNS - Certification of Training Programs" In.accordancewith10CFR50.90,SouthCarolinaElectric&GasCompany(SCE&G) is submitting an amendment request to License NPF-12 to change the Technical l Specifications (TS) for the Virgil C.-Summer Nuclear Station (VCSNS). The proposed change.is a revision to TS 6.4 " Training." The purpose of this change:is to-incorporate the requiremer,ts of the revised regulation Title 10

.CFR, Parts 55.31(a)(4) and 55.59(c), in that VCSNS Training and Requalification Programs are accredited and based on the systems approach to training as defined in'10CFR55.4.

The proposed TS change is identified in Enclosure 1.

The safety evaluation is provided in Enclosure 2.

A proposed no.significant hazards evaluation sperformed pursuant to 10CFR50.92 is provided in..

.The proposed TS change has been reviewed and approved by the Plant Safety

. Review Committee and the Nuclear Safety Review Committee.
