DOCKET NO. 50/395 OPERATING LICENSE NO. NPF-12 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE - TSP 890022 ENGINEERED SAFETY FEATURES RESPONSE TIMES In accordance with 10CFR50.90, South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G) is submitting an amendment request to License NPF-12 to amend the Technical Specifications (TS)forVCSNS. The proposed change is a revision to Table 3.3-5,
- Engineered Safety Features Response Times." The purpose of this change is to incorporate additional time requirements to account for the sequential stroking of the Refueling Water Storage Tank outlet isolation valves and the Volume Contro'. Tank outlet isolation valves.
These response times have been verified during the performance of past Response Time Surveillance Tests.
The amendment request is contained in the following enclosures: Proposed TS Change Description and Safety Evaluation Determination of No Significant Hazards Consideration The proposed TS change has been reviewed and approved by the Plant Safety Review Commtttee and the Nuclear Safety Review tommittee.
