This change proposes to revise Technical Specification 3.1.3.1, " Movable Control Assemblies - Group Height," 3.2.2, " Heat Flux Hot Channel Factor," 3.2.3, "RCS Flow Rate and Nuclear Enthalpy Rise Hot Channel Factor," and 6.9.1 , " Core Operating I Limits Report" to incorporate BEACON to augment the functionahiy of the flux mapping system at VCSNS when Thermal Power is greater than 25% Rated Thermal Power i (RTP).

, A new specification and the associated bases scction 3.3.3.11 will be added to the VCSNS Technical Specifications to provide operability requirements for the Power Distribution Monitoririg System (PDMS) as recommended in the BEACON topical report.

Additionally, Technical Specification 3,3.3.2 and 4.3.3.2.c are being revised to delete the reference to Fxy. This is an editorial change since Amendment 75 to the VCSNS -
