Revision 1 supersedes the previously submitted TSCR in its entircty. Please note that page 3/411-5 was removed from this revision. This page is being revised under separate cover of the Uprate Technical Specification Change Request (TSP 950001).

Although the following pages are included in this revision, they were not changed from the initial submittal: 3/411-1, 3/411-4, 6-11, 6-12a, 6-12b, 6-13, and 6-20.

This revision impacts the Safety Evaluation and the No Significant Hazards Evaluation.
