d NOTICE OF VIOLATION Commonwealth Edison Company Docket Nos. 50-454; 50-455 Byron Station, Units 1 and 2 License Nos. NPF-37; NPF-66 During an NRC ' inspection conducted on August 4 through September 5,1992, a violation.of NRC requirements was identified. In accordance with the " General Statement-of Policy and Procedures for NRC Enforcement Actions," the violation is listed below: . _
10 CFR 50.9, Completeness and accuracy of information, requires, in part, that information required by statute or by Commission regulations, orders, or license conditions to be maintained by the licensee shall be complete and accurate in all material respects.
' Contrary to -the : above, the licensee determined that records required to be maintained by Commission regulations or license conditions were not complete and accurate in all material respects. Specifically, during the period of August 4
. through September 5,1992, two records were identified as being incomplete or inaccurate. These errors were material in that they evidenced that checks had been made when'they had.not.
