Subject:
ESTABLISHMENT OF ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING BOARD FOR CATAWBA OPERATING LICENSE PROCEEDING
Purpose:
To inform the Comission of the establishment of a Board for the Catawba Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2 operating license proceeding.
Discussion:
Pursuant to 10 CFR 52.721, I am establishing a Board for the operating license proceeding in Duke Power Company, (Catawba Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2), Docket Nos. 50-413 and 50-414.
The Board is comprised of the following Administrative Judges:
