IMPLEMENTATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S ACTION ON THE PROPOSED RULE:
10 CFR PART 20.403 On April 30, 1990, the Executive Director for Operations (E00) signed the

Federal Register notice and the Approval for Publications of the proposed rulemaking package for 10 CFR 20.403.
Please implement the ED0's action by arranging for the publication of the proposed rule (Enclosure 1) in the Federal Register allowing 75 days for the public coment. contains the Draft Regulatory Analysis which should be sent to the Public Document Room. is the Congressional letter package for transmittal to GPA/CA. contains a copy of the Weekly Report to the Comission from the Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research. We believe that this notice was sent to the Comission by the ED0's office since it was not attached to the package when the package was sent back to Research after approval by the E00's office.
