Thank you for your letter dated January 13. 1982, which informed us that the fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 were not applicable to your July 23, 1981 and September 15 filings. Your letter was in response to our letters dated October 21, 1981 and January 6,1982, which requested a total of
$8.400 in fees for review of your proposed Qualification of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment for the lladdam tieck and the Millstone Nuclear Power Station Unit Hos. 1 and 2.
It is your position that the July 23 and September 15 filings were not submitted for review and acceptance.
The staff of the Office of nuclear Reactor Regulation have now informed us that they will not be reviewing the subject filings. Therefore, no fees are due and we consider the fees requested in our October 21, 1981 letter to be a closed issue.-
