OUTSTANDING ISSUES LIST - BSAR-205 Section in Report to ACRS Issue 3.2.1 Quality Group classification and seismic category of certain boron recovery system components 3.6.1.2 Seismic qualification of mechanical equipment - compli-ance with Pegulatory Guide 1.100, March 1976.
4.2.2 Structural materials welds - our reauirement that delta /

Pass / energy release data, for 24 hours2.777778e-4 days
0.00667 hours
3.968254e-5 weeks
9.132e-6 months
after break, for 6.2.1 LOCA breaks, for containment shell design.
Includes sensitivity study on effect of different ultimate contain-ment pressures.
Mass / energy releases for containment subcompartment design; and noding study to justify method of ' calculation.
Small steam line break analyses and justification for same.
6.2.2 Environmental qualification program - must commit to conservative qualification test temperature or commit to qualify to temperature determined by an applicant.
7.1 Comoliance with IEEE-323-197_4_- confirming test results for some componenets used to isolate Class IE from non-IE equipment - we require commitment to document test data one year prior to FSAB from any applicant referencing BSAR-205.
7.8 Compliance with IEFE-323-1974 - for makeup pump and decay heat removal pump motors - we require that B&W specify, as interface data, that B&W has elected the " ongoing qualifi-cation" option and that compliance with Std 323-1974 will require periodic testing, including seismic qualification testing.
6.3.4 6CCS - we require demonstration that worst case break has been used in analysis.
6.3.4 HPI line break - we require that B&W analyze consequences and necessary operator actions.

15.4.1 Anticipated transients - Moderate Frecuency Events - B&W must demonstrate that non-safety grade eculpment action is not necessary to meet applicable limits on system pressure and to prevent fuel damage.
15.4.2 Turbine Trip Analvsis - B&W must perform analysis at 3876 mwt and demonstrate that applicable pressure limits are not exceeded.
15.4.7 Baron Dilutien Event - Additional information is required to show that current analysis accounts for presence of makeup tank bypass line.
