We have evaluated Hot-Ed's response to this particular item and sunnarized our findings in the enclosure. Since rdditional QA f rrformtion is necessary from Met-Ed prior to corpleting our evaluation, we have identified those areas that are acceptable and tnose tha t are carried as open items.
