In addition, I became satisfied-that those investigators appropriately dealt with the allegations pertaining to Tennessee Valley Authority supervisory personnel that you presented to them at that time.

Accordingly, I recommended to the Commission that the

investigation be terminated on a finding that there ~is no evidence of any misconduct or dereliction of duty on the part of either investigator.
The Commission has. accepted that recommendation and the investigation is now closed.
