Dear Mr. Burns:
l As required by Section F.4 of the above contract, this is my letter progress report for the period between October 1 and October 31, 1989.
During this period, I prepared for, and testified at I
(on October 12), the hearing conducted by the Subcommittee on General Oversight and Investigations of the House Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs.
No work was done in furtherance of Investigation 89-02 because of the continued failure of Mr. Conley to comply with the judicial order enforcing the subpoena issued to him.
In this connection, as you were previously informed, I plan to attend the oral argument of his appeal from that order, which is scheduled for November 7 in Boston.
My daily log is attached.
As required, it reflects the l
number of hours devoted each day to work specifically in the performance of the contract and, if any, work as a member of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Panel.
The contract costs incurred during this reporting l
period consist of my compensation and travel expenses on Metro on October 12.
My compensation is as follows:
