EDO REPORT, WEEX ENDING AUGUST 22, 1980 1.
License Issued to Nor.n Anna North Anna's license was signed by Harold Denton on Thursday, August 22, 1980.

Presidential Nuclear Safety Oversicht Comittee EDO was invited to testify before this Comittee on September 17, 1980, concerning the Budget as it affects the Action plan and related activities.
Staff responded that current Comission policy was to not discuss Budget in open meetings. The Oversight Comittee staff are pursuing the matter further with OMS.

Interim Consolidation - GAO GAO met with the EDO on August 19, 1980, concerning GA0's report to Congress on space consolidation. A copy of the draft report was provided to the Comission. Staff expects a final draft from GA0 by August 29, 1980.

SES Aooraisal System The SES appraisal system for FY 1980 is moving along satisfactorily. The
' Performance Review Board will meet in early September and will be prepared to address the ratings with the Comission about the week of September 22, 1930. Tne start of the next rating period has been delayed until October 1,1980.
