EDO REPORT, WEEK ENDING AUGUST 29, 1980 1.
OSSDU Director Apoointed William B. Kerr has reported for duty as Director, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Busine'ss Utilization (05B00), Nuclear Regulatory Co".nission.
2.
OMB Budcet Hearing CON announced that the budget hearing with OMS is scheduled for September 15-16, 1980. EDO will present the overview testimony on the morning of September 16.
3.
Interim Consolidation The staff has received GAO's final draft on space consolidation. The EDO response to GAO is due September 3,1980.
4 Viewing of Films by the Cocr.ission Arranged IP.is arranging for the viewing of two films which may be of interest to the Comission. The first one, entitled "The Pakistan Bomb," will be shown Tuesday, September 2,1980, and the second, entitled " September 22, 1979 - The South Atlantic Event," will be shown during the week of September 8, T98,0. Place to be announced.
Note:
W. Dircks is due back from vacation Tuesday, September 2.
