Bruce, The purpose of this email is to solicit that the following supporting documents (or information) associated with the Callaway 50.54(f) seismic probabilistic risk assessment (SPRA) submittal (ADAMS Accession No. ML19225D321) are made available in the ePortal (IMS Certrec) audit folder:

1. 15C4310-RPT-003 Requested because it provides summary for the approach used for the fragility analysis.

2. 15C4310-CAL-010 Requested because it provides an example of the approach taken for CDFM analyses.

3. 15C4310-CAL-031 Requested because it provides an example of the approach taken for SoV analyses.

4. 15C4311-CAL-002 Requested because it should contain the SSI analysis for the 3-D FEM.

5. PSHA Report 11-4695A Requested because it provides a general description of the site, location of the FIRS, and guidance documents used for the generation of the GMRS and FIRS.

This information will help the staff in completing the technical checklist used for our audit review (ADAMS Accession No. ML18173A017).

Please let me know when the documents (or information) are made available for audit or if we need to further discuss this request.
