Ref. 2, Enclosure I, page 3, item f, requires.that the second level j-of undervoltage protection trip setpoints (voltage and time) be A

defined having minimum and maximum limits in the technical specifica-tions.

Ref. 2, Enclosure II, page 11, does not provide the time delay setpoint and tolerances associated with the dropout voltage.

Submit how the licensee plans to meet this recuirement.
