WITHDRAWAL OF INTERVENTION AS MOOT Following the passage by the Congress of the 1970 amendments to the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, and the analysis of the antitrust situation by the Attorney General made pur-suant to that Act, the parties to this proceeding, over the years, have negotiated a settlement of this proceeding. As the staff of this Commission has been advised, from time to time, the final elements of this settlement have taken substantially longer to complete than had been anticipated. We are pleased to advise this Commission, however, that the last ele-ment in the settlement package, as set out in our letter of May 12, 1978, to the staff, has now become final. As a consequence, the Massachusetts Municipal Intervenors in this docket are pleased to withdraw, as moot, their intervention.
