The extension of time for the filing of contentions, jointly requested by the Boston Edison Company and the Massachusetts Attorney General and not opposed by the NRC Staff, is granted. In the event the settlement negotiations currently underway do not resolve the matters at issue, the schedule below will be followed:

Petitioner's supplement with contentions filed by August 13, 1993 Licensee's response to supplement within ten days after service Staff response to supplement within fifteen days after service It is so ORDERED.
