Environmental Qualification (EQ) Program.
You requested that certain documents be provided to you two weeks prior to the inspection.
On February 12, 1988 we contacted your staff to discuss your request.
The request included documents associated with the reviews of operating reactor EQ Programs that the NRC Staff conducted during 1983.
The Harris Plant was not an operating reactor at the time and was not required to submit such documents.
Your staff concurred that such documents are not required for SHNPP.
In this letter, we provide you with the documents that are applicable to SHNPP:
