OS1 1.0 PURPOSE This procedure establishes a uniform method for the processing of vendor zecommendations and Equipment Technical 'Information to ensure that vendor manuals, equipment qualification reports and recommendations remain up to date.

3.0 RESPONSIBILITIES l

s 'I' 1.. The Vendor Manual. Coordinator, assigned by HPES, will process Vendor Manuals in accordance with 3.21 (Reference 2.1). HPES'nstructions

3. Engineers and other personnel designing modifications are zesponsible for ensuring that revisions and/or additions to vendor manuals, where required to reflect modifications to the equipment, are prepared and forwarded to the Vendor Manual Coordinatoz.
4. Document Sezvices is responsible for the distribution of vendor manuals and revisions. (Ref. 2.3) qualification reports/revisions, vendor manual revisions and/or equipment technical information from off-site v( sources shall immediately forward these recommendations s

and/or revisions to the Vendor Manual Coordinator.

Dzawings provided in the vendor manuals are for information only and may not be the latest revision.

Each individual using a vendor manual. shall be responsible for obtaining the latest revision of approved procedures or controlled dzawings from Document Services as zequired 0 AP-510 Rev. 1 Page 3 of 4
