Tea restraints vere interchanged on tvo 8" Component Cooling Mater (CQ4) lines running parallel about 2 feet apart. Tvo other res-traints vere mistaken)y installed on 4" CCM piping of similar configura-tion bur. at a different, azinLuthal location, This portion of CCM is non-safety relate1 but vas designed to be seismically restrained due to an adjacent 1 fill line for a safety infection tank (accunlulator) ~
