Aerotest Radiography and Research Reactor (Docket No. 50-228)

Pursuant to the Order Approving Indirect Transfer of Facility Operating License and Conforming Amendment in the above docket, dated February 28, 2017, Aerotest Operations, Inc. by my letter of May 19, 2017 informed the Director of the Division of Policy and Rulemaking that it had received all required regulatory approvals for the indirect license transfer described in that Order and that the date of closing of the transfer was scheduled for May 31, 2017. By telephone calls with Mr.

Ed Helvenston and my letter dated July 6, 2017, Aerotest Operations notified you that closing had been rescheduled for July 13. Subsequent calls with Mr. Helvenston updated him on the closing schedule. The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the date of closing of the transfer is now scheduled for July 14, 2017. Although we do not expect any further change in the closing schedule, Aerotest Operations will promptly notify you should that occur.
