This letter is to inform you that, effective immediately, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission project manager responsibility for the Diablo Canyon Power Plant, Units 1 and 2, license renewal application is transferred from Mr. Michael Wentzel to Ms. Elaine Keegan.
