Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 2 Docket No. 50-412, License No. NPF-73 Annual Report Pursuant to 10 CFR 75.11. Location Information The FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) exported a forging to a company in Spain for conversion into a reactor vessel closure head to be used at the Beaver Valley Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 2. FENOC submitted DOC/NRC Forms AP-1, "Certification;" AP-2, "Contact Information;" AP-13, "Export of Equipment and Non-nuclear Material;" and AP-17, "No Changes Report" that provided information on the export to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission by letter dated January 28, 2015 (ADAMS Accession No. ML15029A333). In accordance with 10 CFR 75.11 (c),

information provided on the DOC/NRC Form AP-1 and associated forms is required to be submitted annually unless the information has not changed. In that case a DOC/NRC Form AP-17 is required. Minor information has changed on the DOC/NRC Forms AP-1 and DOC/NRC AP-2 that were previously submitted. On the DOC/NRC Form AP-1, the title of the responsible official and the fax number for the Report Point of Contact has changed. On the DOC/NRC Form AP-2, the 24 hour2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> fax number has also changed. The new fax number for both forms is 330-777-6501. FENOC does not consider these changes substantive; therefore enclosed is a DOC/NRC Form AP-17.

Additionally, pursuant to 10 CFR 75.11(c), FENOC hereby notifies the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) that the export activity has been completed and is no longer being performed.
